Warranties are available on our waterproofing, foundation and structural repair work, including:

  • Crawl space encapsulation and structural support work
  • Sump pump installation


TRANSFERABLE COVERAGE

Our interior waterproofing warranties are transferable. If you sell your home, the protection can pass to the new owner, which is an added selling point for future buyers.

You receive a written estimate covering the scope of work, materials and pricing, with no pressure and no hidden surprises.

Our licensed and insured team completes the work with quality materials and proven methods, built to meet NYC code requirements.

4. Warranty Coverage

When the job is complete, we review the warranty that applies to your work so you know how your investment is protected. Coverage varies by service.
